Every day we lose internet connection at least twice a day and it may take up to 15 minutes to reconnect

I am having the same problem, every day my broadband disconnects and I can't get onto the internet. I have all my services with sky, trying to find a contact number to speak to a human is nearly impossible and they expect you to use their online troubleshoot when you have no internet connection. It's like the blind leading the blind
