Ever since upgraded my speednot once had it over 280mb and now I’m getting between

Paid for my internet speed upgrading to 500mbs I've not once had that spead and now I'm getting between 5mns and less then a mb now I've tried to solve it a few times online doesn't work tried talking to the chat bot a few times that just takes me in circles and I don't like speaking over the phone I absolutely hate it

@Shady7  What device are you using to measure your speed and how is it connected to your router?

I'm on a Xbox series s downloading games which is connected wireless bout only about 3ft away from my router and it's got worse ever since upgrading.

@Shady7 You have this well confused, why would you not use the Ethernet connection for the Xbox to the Sky Hub!

Downloading over wi-fi never mind how good or what the server system you are connecting to, all off this is in the path to what kind off speed you will obtain. You will find never mind speed that Ethernet is way more stable and may also be way more faster at the same time!
