My Ring Doorbell has been working fine for over two years. But it has no recordings since 23.58 last night (11/8), and is no longer connected to the router Wi-Fi. It will also not reconnect - I have tried various attempts to re load setup. Have you done a system update that now prevents Ring Doorbells working?

I have just taken the battery out and put it back into the camera and it connected straight away. Have you tried that?

Hi, hope you don't mind if I follow on here. My Ring stick up Cam has also lost connection and will not reconnect. Lost connection at some point last night.

Unfortunately mine is the V2 with a built in rechargeable battery

Hi,
just had the exact same issue after sky completed works in the area overnight. I have a v2 with built in battery. Tried connecting multiple times no luck. Just held the orange button for 1-2 minutes which reset it and then tried to reconnect and it worked. If that's of any help
