Ethernet working but wifi on phones isnt

I received a text that the internet is now working from Sky this morning, but my whole households phones are not connecting. The green lights are on on the router, but still cant connect our phones

The ethernet works

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Thank you!

Re: Ethernet working but wifi on phones isnt

I've figured out the issue

I got the router information from sky and it turns out the WiFi is now under a new name. that's why I couldn't connect

all sorted now !

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@curiousgiraffeAre you able to see the Wi-Fi SSID, but it will not connect using the Wi-Fi password is this what is going on?

Re: Ethernet working but wifi on phones isnt

there is no need to change the wifi cube because I still have the old one and the internet keeps dropping out on my phone, I pay £43 and it doesn't work
