@Tara39 I assume you have already confirmed the booster is connecting correctly if it is which model extender do you have https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-booster-what-do-you-need-help-with?
If it is the newest pod extender for the WiFi Max hub I suspect it may not operate as a WiFi to Ethernet bridge but you would have to check with Sky to confirm tat
