All my wireless devices can access WiFi no problem.
Ethernet to my pc only allows youtube..
I could watch YouTube days on end but nothing else works no googling for info etc
What's happening here, what's the problem..
Its driving our household mad..
If we switch off wifi to the wireless devices then ethernet cables work fine again but phone/tablets and laptops have no Internet access
I can't get my head round this one..
Its causing so much agro right now

@Hypknotyz2025 that sounds weird. Do you have Sky Q boxes and a white Sky hub by any chance? As that combination is known to cause interesting ethernet issues.
Also have you tried adding a public DNS service to the PC's network set up for the Ethernet connection? Typically Cloudflare's service at 1.1.1.1 or Google's at 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 are popular choices as the issue where You Tube works but other services don't can be down to DNS issues. While in the network settings ensure tge settings are correct with the Gateway address as 192.168.0.1 and the subnet mask as 255.255.255.0 and to get the IP address from the hub if you are using a fixed IP address ensure you have reserved the address in the hub's interface.

Thank you so much for the response , I would love to say I understood everything you just typed up XD
Have my sons working on it for me they have way more knowledge than me to be honest..
I'm guessing they are going to find it very useful,
Not sure if this will mean anything but will copy and paste what they said to say is happening to:-
Tell them issue with IPV4 and IPV6. Sometimes we'd run out of IPV4 addresses, so IPV6 pages could still load.
IPV4 addresses in that situation could be temporarily expanded by increasing the range from 200 to 300.
Will update as I try and receive more info as we go
