Ethernal cable

Hello i have a question:

I just got the sky router, and the room where i have my pc is way far and id like to know what ethernal cable should i buy to work, like CAT6 CAT7 thats what im asking.

Cat5 ethernet cable can support gigabit speed up to 100 metres.  There's typically no need for 'better' cabling in a domestic setting.

Thanks, well my router is in the living room which is basically at the entry of my house and my room is upstair in the other side of the house but i think a 35m cable would be enough
