Hi
Whenever I try and send an email when connected either sky WiFi or sky mobile (4G/5G) I currently get the above message. I can receive emails fine but am unable to send unless I connect to my virgin media WiFi. I just wondered if sky block outgoing Mail when it's from a virgin media account?

The likely reason is that VMO2 don't allow sending via SMTP through their infrastructure unless you are using their broadband.
