Hello everyone,
For the past couple of weeks, we've experienced issues where the wifi would cut in and out without a reason. Slower than advertised broadband speeds and in some cases downtime for up to 10 minutes at a time that normally results in us having to hard reset the router.
Our sky tv box refuses to communicate with our router, regardless of whether it's an ethernet connection or a wireless one
between having to manage with an internet connection that doesn't want to work for no more than 5 minutes at a time, and not much information online regarding other's experiencing the same sort of issues with this model sky router.
Does anyone have any potential solutions for a fix? if not due to the age of the router would sky just replace the router entirely?
Cheers

Quite possibly: all Q Hubs are obsolete by the end of next year anyway because they can't support Sky Talk Internet Calls once PSTN is switched off.
