Equipment not accepted
I was told by one of sky's agents not to accept the equipment at the door so therefore royal mail will return it, I did this but im still getting harassed by sky because theyre saying they haven't recieved it, they've now put a charge on my account even though im no longer with sky. Ive spent last couple of months saying this via email but you're not listening. If you haven't recieved it, take it up with royal mail & stop harassing me.

@J3n
You aren’t contacting Sky here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
What equipment was this and why was it being delivered to you if you were cancelling?
edit- Sky don't use email for general communication which may explain if you haven't received a response.

Re: Equipment not accepted
The advice to not accept it at the door was perhaps ill advised. In hindsight it would have been better to accept it, get Sky to send returns packaging, then send it back from a post office thereby receiving a proof of posting receipt. Now Sky have to link your returned equipment sitting in an absolutely gigantic warehouse with your account.

Re: Equipment not accepted
Please stop texting me about equipment that I didnt accept. Royal Mail took it back to the sorting office, so you need to contact them to find your equipment.
I will not pay any fines that you think you can charge me, because your products never entered my home. Contact Royal Mail as they are responsible for your equipment.
