Engineer was meant to come but never turned up

Engineer was meant to turn up on the 17th March but never turned up.

 

I am meant to be getting a new hub which also hasn't turned up and I haven't been contacted by Sky for any changes to happen. 

I've tried getting to contact in Sky however they haven't responded to me

 

Any suggestions what to do.

@dbb sounds lije the install has been delayed or cancelled check the My Orders section of the My Sky app but to get full details you will have to call Sky.
