After a month since ordered i received an updated email to say phone line and broadband would be up and running on the 22nd, Engineer visitited my property on the 22nd as said and was told when the hub arrives i should have internet and phone within 15 minutes, checked again today and still nothing, phoned up and was told sky are still waiting for an update from openreach but why have i had a updated email for install and a visit if there was no update
