Engineer has been but no hub has been received

Engineer arrived today to install broadband, he completed what he could but there is no hub. I have received an email with bill which says I'll be charged from today. Yet I have no internet, when my my hub arrive and how can I update my bill to reflect when I actually have internet from?

When is your activation day?

Do openreach have come back and finish any work?

Did they install both outside csp (grey box ) and internal ont?
