Engineer did not turn up yesterday to set up Sky

He enginner booked to visit yesterday did not arrive so unable to start using service

If you have one arranged to come out you should at least have a text message or phone call from them to say when they are coming or check your sky account to find out the time of arrival and the date when they are coming or if it fails ring sky up and  they will check it on the computer  or check my sky app out they should have at least texted you or rang you to say when there arrival time Is I add that same issue with talk talk engineer not coming I got home to find the engineer waiting I didn't have text or phone calls to say when they are coming that was there fault for not ringing me I didn't no we add one coming so bad but I think we did have one arranged but got no confirmation from them
