We moved house on the 16th 11 2023. And requested to move our broadband with us. We had sky say our broadband will go live by midnight on the 19th 12 2023. And they have booked us an engineer to come and install the line etc. so wated over 1 month for this date. No engineers showed up and it still says engineere visit due yesterday on the my order tracker. So I made a call last night to sky after the allocated engineer slot. Was told sky activated it remotely on the 16th then told it was activated on the 19th and to wate to midnight then told they getting no connection so need to book us an engineere and the next avaible one is January 12th. So my question is as follows. There is a 2 week cooling off period to cancel my order. As this has now passed and I still do not have broadband can I still cancel my order with no extra fees. As to be honest I'm fed up with this and would rather take my bussiness to a more competent company

I don't think the cooling-off period starts until the broadband is installed.
When the installation has been arranged anytime after that period you do get compensation for the package until they install it, so realistically you should get compensation for 19th December 2023 for each additional day they take to complete the task.
You'll need to cancel the order with Sky and if you do you'll lose the compensation.
