Engineer did not arrive to fit boosters even though booked a month ago.

I've had an appointment booked for over a month for extra boosters to be fitted so the whole house is covered with wi-fi.  It was due to be done yesterday but engineer did not arrive and I've had no messages from Sky.  I'm paying a fortune for packages I can't use.  The Sky chat bot is useless.  Any ideas how I can get this resolved please?  Oh, and I'm about to give birth and have 4 other children in the house who all need wifi for homework, including exams.

@Nanation you should have been notified of a missed appointment and clearly have a lot on your plate so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

I followed the link and started a webchat but it was never answered.  I left my phone number and asked for a call.  Nothing. I'm now having a caesarean on Wednesday, 6 weeks recovery and barely any broadband and no tv.  What can I do?  Please help
