Re: Engineer couldnt connect full fibre drive to be dug up?
It is quite common for Opnenreach to require a dig to fix a blocked duct. You can of course refuse this if you dont want your drive to be damaged however this would likely leave you without a broadband service

What are the chances that sky the engineers will replace the drive to a satisfactory standard?

It would be Openreach, not Sky & that would be a conversation you would need to have with them/include it in the wayleave document.

Re: Engineer couldnt connect full fibre drive to be dug up?
Our brick driveway was dug and relaid by an Openreach subcontractor without any visible change at all. Of course it's always possible for such things to go wrong.
