Engineer came out today to install the Sky Hub but we are still not activated

New yo Sky, engineer came out today to install hub with a new landline. Left our house with no Internet and not activated

Ditto - even though there's the infrastructure and permissions in place to replace the copper line for the fibre line, they didn't do it. Extremely miffed!
