Engineer Visit still showing as in progress

Hi our broadband was installed yesterday 

everything is working fine.
However, the order is still showing as engineer visit in the progress - but it's not!

How do I rectify this please ? 😃

@Brighton79  Not sure why you posted this in the Sky Glass forum, I've moved you post t the Broadband forum where you would get a better response.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Its likely just a visual error in the My Sky app it should go away by itself. Either way not worth spending the time on to Sky to get rid of it.

  • I have the same issue and would agree with @jamesn123 that it's not worth the effort unless, of course, an engineer turns up?
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
