End of Sky Contract

Hello, We joined Sky last July and have never received the minimum speeds.

They have sent a new router and that hasn't solved it and now we are out of internet and TV for a week despite being promised that this job has been made priority.

The speed is so incredibly slow, I don't see why we should have to stay in a contract if they aren't delivering the service they promised. Can anyone advise if it is possible to leave without being charged?

@Bathouse  When you run the broadband test it will give you  a minimum speed that you are supposed to get. If you have been below this and Sky have been unable to fix this then you can ask them if you are able to leave. But it will have to be them that tell you this.

If someone has helped give them Like.
