Emails and certain webpages are very slow to load

My emails (gmail) are very slow to load and some websites are impossibly slow to load yet others are fast. Could there be an issue with some of my safety settings being perhaps too high? These issies mostly occur on an iPhone and iPad.

Are you new to sky

 

Try going to your my sky app -> product settings -> broadband shield and disable
