I have received an email from adobesign at adobesign.com stating PTW support request from Openreach requires my signature. It provides a link to SD PTW Form, appearing to link through to support.openreach.co.uk related document. Is this related to my sky Fibre upgrade that is due to happen in 2 weeks or is this SPAM link? Haven't clicked on the link as the email looks very basic and makes no mention of sky, so am concerned it is not legit. However I don't want to delay the install unessarily if this is in fact a required step that is part of any sky fibre upgrade.

So the significant line is
UG Pre built to curtilage Hard
meaning there needs to be a trench put through a hard surface (something other than soil) from the boundary of the plot to an external wall of the building.
PTW is 'permission to work' and would be a requirement for such a dig.

Re: Email from adobesign stating PTW support request from Openreach requires my signature.
@collinsmatt it sounds like a legitimate request if the document gives permission to run the new connection they need to run a line scross your property. Adobesign is a common way to get legal documents signed. Openreach are difficult to contact as they only deal with telcos like Sky. You can call Sky to check if they arexaware of such a requests but even if thry dont that does not mean it is not legitimate. Obviously dont sign if the document is asking for non-relevsnt details like financial information.

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.
Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.

Re: Email from adobesign stating PTW support request from Openreach requires my signature.
I had the same except mine had the subject line as the reference but when I opened the email it was a promotio for ebay on it. I had a text from Openreach chasing the signature but I have had terrible trouble trying to contact them via Sky and directly to tell them the email request hasn't come through properly. It has been a nightmare and I am still no further

Re: Email from adobesign stating PTW support request from Openreach requires my signature.
I decided to complete the link. It had a picture of the spaypainted area directly in front of my house and was just check box and signature required (no personal details required). So it seems legit. Thanks for assistance
