Broadband taken up with existing long time Sky in Nov.23 . Emails sometimes will not show content . Attachments rarely open stating ' has not been downloaded from server ' . Had absolutely no problem with old BT system . Download speed to house in excess of 75 so getting to modem . TV works . All mobile receivers such as phones and iPads will not download
most attachments ? Can you help ?

No it is an AOL account . Both mine and my wifes . But there was no preoblem with BT equipment .
Would FIBRE make any difference . Or perhaps a faulty connection in the sky box ?

No it hasn't . My reply to a question seems to have been taken as the end . I'm still trying to get a definitive answer for the initial problem

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@coedydwyrain extremly unlikely to be an issue with your broadband if other data is passing correctly. It dounds like a set up issue in your mail client

Thanks for that . Just wondering though if AOL worked perfectly with BT ; why it would be any different with SKY . I will have to speak to SKY I think just to make sure these accounts are just as compatible . Many thanks
