Either no internet or drops in and out

I either have no internet or it drops in and out with speeds of 3.2 Mbps ..

The online checker states I am getting 32mbps but my box isn't even connected, ( I have 2 green lights , one is off and one is orange) . 

  I have tried resetting and restarting it but it still either doesn't connect or is very slow

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
