Edgware HA8 Area NO internet and loss of land line - all on sky

Whole street out since monday 2nd,

NO internet , total loss of land line  - TV seems ok..

The Sky router has only 2 lights - and sky mini box not operating at all 

 

Apparently its a BT  Openreach problem, with an estimated fix of Tuesday 10th

 

Will be claiming compensation -

 

Impossible to run a business like this..

@Dr+Graham no need to claim compensation on a Sky domestic connection as that is calculated and credited to your account automatically see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com.

 

Such connections are not designed fir business use and for a fault reported on the 2nd but fixed on the 10th you should be due 3 days at £9.98 per day. Sky business lines are different.
