I have received an e-mail from Sky regarding current broadband package, it is offering a reduced price to renew contract but everytime I click on the link in the e-mail it takes me to welcome page and just keeps saying log-in to your account, even when I'm already logged. I have gone through my messages in my account and tried to follow the link from there and the same happens.
I've logged into my account and my package information but it will not let me renew contract.
This is the 2nd time I have recived this e-mail from sky and I had the same problems back in July when I received it, why am i unable to do changes on-line.
