Hi all, me again.
I'm after some tech advice, do these siginals look correct eg, are they in correct min or max range margins?.
Am on vdsl2 no g,fast
Also if I go to https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL
I am not on any of the lists?

Click the horizontal lines at the top left of the wholesale checker and click address checker. The number checker only picks up current bt lines and lines that are maintained by bt wholesale
Otherwise the stats look good

Some cabinet allow noise margins of 3db. This means g.inp (impulse noise protection is active) which allows faster speeds as it cuts down the noise from adjacent lines
"VDSL Vectoring is a method of increasing the speed of a given VDSL2 (G.993.2/FTTC) line so that it can achieve a higher speed than it would otherwise achieve. It does so by using noise cancelling technology to reduce interference from adjacent lines or other services or plant (equipment). Vectoring is defined by the ITU-T standard G.993.5"

Thanks I did think that but thought I'd ask. It was the g.inp that went down. Now back, all above setting look good. But seems sky are bottlenecking people to 59mbs else I can not see why my speed has not returned to 67mb
The g,vector is not set in my cab, guess that's g.fast, and not available for me.

Also why you think my street is not on the BT wholesale list?
P.s my Asus DSL-AX82U-AX5400, has g,vector state, yet its unconfiged as not in the green cab. That mean that router is gfast comparable?

What message do you see on the wholesale site? It should be listed or you would not have broadband

I put my post code in, but it's not listing my street, I get some other options but nothing for my street of about 10 houses, yet it lists the street up the road. Who do I see to fix this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can find it using this link - search for your address and it'll then show the UPRN number. Pop that into the search field on the BT site

That worked but listed the town close to my village.
this is what I get.
Thanks

All local authorities in the UK have a statutory obligation to manage and maintain their address register to standard BS7666 .
That means every unit of land and property is allocated a UPRN and geographic coordinates, ensuring there is one true record for each address.
I can't see the image yet and I can't fathom why your place isn't showing.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour stats @TrebleTA arent too far away from the VDSL numbers in the picture. No FTTP though, unless you opt for the OD version and have the big bucks (could be north of £8k) to have it installed!
I don't surpose one of the AltNets are planning on installing fibre in the area?
