Re: Dreadful since Sky Superfast fibre upgrade
Apps on Tv are often not working. Connection is often lost. Tv becomes fuzzy.
Yet My Sky says everything is fine.

Re: Dreadful since Sky Superfast fibre upgrade
Hi, also having issues since the upgrade. Tv programs stopping, have to exit to home and try again to watch show. Am occasionally getting messages from Sky that my speed is slow, and router needs checking

Re: Dreadful since Sky Superfast fibre upgrade
@Shari28 @Stephaust @MichRig switching to full fibre often means tge Sky hub has been moved or even be changed. Unfortunately this can affect tge WiFi signal levels in your home. Ideally try to move the hub to a better position which is ouut in the open on a surface so its above obstructions like radiators. You may find tge cable Sky provided to link tge hub to the ONT unit is too short but this is only a standard Ethernet cable which can easily be bought online or from most supermarkets in longer lengths.
Beyond tgat you may need a WiFi extender which Sky can supply if you buy their WiFi Max package. WiFi strngth is determined by the layout and type of cinstruction of your home so isnt something Sky can control unfortunately.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
