Dreadful download speed for over a month - Nottingham

Our internet service has been abysmal for around a month now. We work from home and it's becoming virtually unusable. The tests run say they know there is a problem and they need to send an engineer. I have done this twice, first time no follow up, second time apparently he came and fixed it! I had a text to say so, though no access to the house was needed. It's not improved one bit. My speeds have been been around 3. 2 on a daily basis and I pay for superfast - should be a minimum of 36!

These are my router stats - I have no idea what they mean. Am seriously thinking of going over to Starlink!

Definitely something wrong there,: an FTTC connection should never be almost symmetrical in speed.

You'll need to persist with logging a fault for external investigation.

I'd note your Hub hasn't been rebooted for a long time, and that you're only using WiFi (which is likely to be losing additional speed)
