Draytek Vigor 2865 & Phone

I have replaced the sky router with a Draytek Vigor 2865  which gives great performance, however the issue I have is the phone which connected to the Sky router, but will not work through the Draytek.

Anyone manage this?  I have tried to connect directly to the phone socket, but still dead.

Thanks for advice.

@Stephen1812

If your telephone connects to the Sky hub this means you have VOIP calls therefore your phone will only work via the port on the back of the Sky hub. No 3rd party router will be able to acomplish this.

Your options are to abandon your landline phone or run the Sky hub as your primary router & connect a 3rd party one to the Sky hub as a secondary router/ap

Once the address is provisioned on SOGEA broadband there's no longer a PSTN phone signal (or exchange power) being delivered, so wall sockets won't work.  This will be the case for the whole network by sometime in 2025.
