Download/upload speeds poorer away from router

We recently joined Sky and are supposed to be on full fibre - but finding connection poor in one room of our flat. It's 13mbs in our living room, and 73mbs by the router.
Both of these seem terrible anyway, for supposedly superfast broadband...!
On the sky app it claims their tests show our speeds were 400+ at 1am ☹️
it's so hard to get hold of humans at Sky though so looking to find out how to remedy this

Important to note that would be speed delivered over optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub, not WiFi from it.

Given your previous thread, your apartment may well be a very challenging environment for WiFi if it has multiple overlapping signals from neighbours.

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
