Hi,
I am a superfast customer and have had my contract for ~10 months. I work remotely (from home) and noticed a slow down on the router, so i ran the speed checker as advised on the website and it tells me that i am getting 20mb/s to the hub - so i checked the speed history for the last 16 days and it is locked at 20 mb/s.
It states a 'normal' speed of 38-53 and a guaranteed minimum of 32 m/**bleep**.
I have checked and it affects all devices, wired and wireless - when speedchecking, they are limited to 20 mbs.
I saw that some people had had issues with this 6 months or so ago, and wondered in anyone had any suggestions about what i can possibly do? I tried resetting the router and changing the port for the wired cat 6 cable/using different cables to no avail.
Thanks,
Dave

Thank you! I have rung sky and they confirmed it is slow as hell, but they dont know why.
Auto refund is apparently being processed for not meeting speed guarentee and Engineer coming, but sadly not for two weeks, so we'll see if they autorefund during that period too 🙄
