Our internet download speed has dropped significantly over the last 48 hours

@Adrian16 If you are on superfast broadband then you are getting what you are supposed to in that 80/20 which is the highest you can get for that type of broadband. The router uptime is 24 houra and 19 minutes and the uptime on the connection is 2 minutes less which is very much inline with a steady connection.
