@Otoole Sky rdgularly test thecspeed of your line if you go into the Service Checker in the My Sky app orcwebsite you will see the latest result - if you click through it will show the history for the last 21 days and tge guaranteed speed fir your line. If the speed is as low as you claim the app should offer help by booking an engineer.
If however that is as itvshould becthe issue couldcsimply be you ran the test on a device with marginal wifi signal frommthe hub which isnt something Sky can control.
