Download speed and connections are poor
Download speed is half what is guaranteed, thought it was just the bedding in period but still the same , and devices keep dropping out from WiFi

@Craigiow how are you measuring speeds? To check thst it isnt simply an issue with slow wifi in your home run the service checker in the My Sky app which will showcthe speed the hub is connecting at. If you click on the broadband link you will getvfurther information including the history for the last 10bdays and the guranteed speed for your line. If the line is notvachieving that speed the app should offer support or call Sky.
If speeds to the hub are meeting the guarantee then the isue is likely to be slow WiFi in your home which is a very common issue as in many homes the single free Sky hub's is insufficent to provide wifi in every room due to the layoutvand type of construction which is why thecspeed guarantee doesn't covercs pedd to the device. Beyond checking the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators there is not much you can do. To get decent WiFi coveragecyou are going to need to have some WiFi extenders. Sky offer those as part of their WiFi Max bundle see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

Thank you for your reply , I should of stated I'm using the sky app and my speed is less than half what it should be to the hub , hub to devices shows as good but to hub as poor , on the sky app it just goes to a robot instead of a human to help assist , will have to give sky a call me thinks , thanks for the help
