Downgrading

Hi all. It seems like I have been automatically upgraded to ultrafast and it's costing me a fortune. I dont need such an expensive connection and would like to downgrade to superfast. How do I go about with degrading the speed?

@Anjana+kkBest way to do this would be to call Sky, just dial 150 on your landline and stay on the line through the voice prompts. If they send you a text stay on the line and you should be dropped into the queue to speak to an advisor.

If someone has helped give them Like.

@Anjana+kk

Perhaps worth noting there is no automatic upgrade to Ultrafast: the subscriber has to request it and there's usually an installation process.

It's possible you were on an older FTTC ('Superfast') product and have been moved to a current one though.
