Doubled the price after subscription ended

My 18month subcription ended Oct 25. Since then I am on a rolling contract that has now doubled in price. I want to end the broadband part of my contract and keep the netflix sky TV part. Is it possible to cancel one part whilst keeping the other?. Is there anyone to talk to about a discount offer for continuing as a dedicated customer. I can't speak to a real person and feel that sky is going to loose me as a customer if I can't actually speak to some-one

It was your discounts that ended, not your subscription.

To cancel Sky Broadband and Sky Talk the below link explains how to switch to an alternative provider or the various methods on cancelling completely.

If you try to cancel whilst still in a minimum term deal you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).

NOTE: One Touch Switching only applies to broadband and Talk and NOT a TV subscription.

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the 14 day notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.

Why can't you speak to anyone? Apart from the inevitable wait for an agent the lines are still open.
