Doorstep sale - activation fee stated to be zero - contract summary says 60eur
Sold Sky Ultrafast Plus broadband on door step (Dublin, IE)
Was told activation would be cost free.
This is also explicitly in handwriting on document given to me at the time (together with montly fee and duration etc.)
Looking at the "Contract Summary" email that followed sign-up, an activation fee of 60eur is shown.
How best to resolve this?

@maulwurf Are you sure there is not also a - minus applied somewhere as a credit, if not then you need to call sky ROI and see if account's can do anything for you in a form as credit applied but that may be sometime in the future billing wise!

Sky was installed and activated today.
And the first bill was issued too.
In the bill (you were right) the activation fee is shown (strangely as 100e and not as 60e) but it is crossed through 🙂
