Doorbell device loses WiFi connection

We've had a ring doorbell for 10 months and has worked perfectly fine until 3/4 weeks ago when it disconnects daily from the WiFi. I then have to manually reset it so that it works. I've even had a replacement device as we thought that may be the issue. I've also changed the settings on my sky q box as read that the downtime at night could disconnect it. This hasn't improved things either. Nothing has changed. Everything is in the same location as it was before. Help!

@M4R5H Have a look at the ring doorbell app, device health and the signal strength RSSI value, if in the high sixties then a signal problem.

It's showing 51 when I reconnect which is fine. But then showing 71 when it's disconnected. I'm unsure what the difference is between both times?

Re: Doorbell device loses WiFi connection

@M4R5H It's losing the wi-fi signal to the doorbell, i had similar, fitted a powerline wi-fi adapter down next to the doorbell, had to get through a tripple glazed door, then a solid wood glazed door to the nearest wi-fi AP point that i had, lucky had a power socket between the two doors, now reading is 30's and no more problems with the ring ever!
