Doesn’t stay connected

Hi 

our Samsung is v won't stay connected to the broadband either by wps or by putting the password in for thr hub!!

 

help with this would be great

Do you have the white Max hub by any chance? Many Samsung TV's don't use the WPA3 WiFi security used by default on the Max hub. In this scenario you need to change the security level to WPA2 in your MySky app.
