Does having Sky TV block or prevent an IPTV signal ??

I have IPTV on an Amazon FireStick, does having a Sky Subscription block or prevent a signal in anyway ??

Sky, like all UK ISPs, is obliged to attempt to block access to illegal IPTV streams when ordered to do so by a UK court.
