Do you always get a cooling off period when you change your broadband with the same provider
Do you get a cooling of period with any product. Sky are saying i can't send back my sky max hub even though they have cancelled it as i said i don't want it. I want back to my old sky superfast broadband

Presumably you've cancelled the WiFi Max subscription supplement. The Max Hub hardware is separate to the broadband service, and is now the default Sky router hardware.
If you moved from ADSL, FTTC or G.fast to FTTP there's no way to go back to a copper circuit.
