Do I need to book an engineer visit

Hi I am moving homes soon and have already registered my move and also have a date when the WiFi is going live. Do I not need to do anything else other than to connect the hub? Won't an engineer come in to install a dish and at the new place?

@EMT1

If you're moving home with sky q tv and broadband and have no satellite dish at the new place the sky will need to install a dish as well

In relation to you broadband could you enter your new address below and post the table and notes after removing your address from the image

@Leo2015 first run the connection test in the My Sky app as that can bookman engineer if it picks up a fault. If it doesnt give Sky a call and report the issue. Allternstively post details of the fault with the Sky hubs stats if the hub is connecting to the internet and forum members can advise see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
