We've recently moved and thought we'd give Sky a try. WiFi is patchy in a number of rooms and so I called Sky last week for advice.
They immediately recommended that we upgrade from a black hub (standard?) to a white hub (super fast).
It's made no difference and we still have one TV in the kitchen which has a weak/no connection,
My question: should Sky have recommended a booster to improve the reach in some parts of the house rather than an upgrade to super fast?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JMT123 sounds like you bought https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max which includes up,to 3 pod extenders if they are needed. You can call Sky and ask for a pod to be sent out if that is not sufficent they will send an engineer out who can authorise up to 2 more.
