Really confused. I ordered sky broadband with phone. But it doesn't say that I will get a phoneline installed. I really need one.

Do you know if you are getting superfast fttc or ultrafast fttp?
Either you need a copper or fibre optic cable installed for broadband and in both situations allow you to
have phones or not
With fttc the phone is plugged into an existing (hopefully) mastersocket whilst with fttp the phone socket is on the back of the sky router

I don't have a phone line at all in my home. I just want the internet without a phone. What do I do.

If you ordered a call package with a tariff that will be part of the broadband contract
If you chose pay as you talk and don't have a phone then there will be no line rental and you only pay for the calls that you make
Call sky on zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on
08.185.00.27.2
Remove all the full stops
For clarification

As @cookiemonsteruk indicates, broadband from any terrestrial ISP (as opposed to cellular/satellite or point to point WiFi) requires the property to have a data bearer cable: either a copper 'phone' line or optical fibre. Sky uses Openreach data to try and establish if your address has an Openreach connection: if not (or if it's copper but there's full-fibre available) then the ISP booking a cable installation with Openreach is part of the process.
Sometimes a database shows a connection where there isn't one (properties previously served by Virgin Media can have this issue): in such cases it may be necessary to wait until the activation date has passed before physical installation can be arranged.

When the person delivers the hub can I ask them for info on getting a phoneline installed with a box to allow the connection to the back of the router
