Hello since the weekend we have had an issue with our Disney Plus
We were watching it then is went off now it will not log in says error 1026
This happens on the APP through Sky Q and 2 smart TVS a Samsung and a Hiscence
We have spoken to Disney Plus on two occassions and have gone through the various checks
- Restarting App
-Refreshing Apps
They have checked our IP address and they have now said that the issue could be due to having IV 6 Active and this is blocking access.
Not sure why this is just happening although we did update our hub about a month ago
I have attached the confirmation of the conversations with Disney plus would somebody be able to advise what we need to do

I have the same issue when stream box is connected to Sky Broadband. Connecting box to mobile phones mobile data solves the problem. Not ideal, but it works.

I got this resolved but I had to speak to Disney + directly over the phone.
It took a while and the agent had to try a bunch of different things but it got it working in the end.
I tried everything else but nothing else worked.
From memory we had to go into the sky box deeper settings and try something there.
Thanks. I just got off the phone with Disney and the issue finally got resolved. Had to submit my IP address to Disney and restart my router and it worked.
