Disney+ not available using Sky Broadband

I have a Sky Stream box and Sky Broadband. If I try to access Disney+ while connected to Sky Broadband, I get an error, indicating that I'm not in the UK. If I connect the box to my mobile data, it works. I haven't set up a VPN on my broadband Help.... please.

Try unplugging your router for 30 minutes, when you plug it back in you should get allocated a new IP address which will hopefully be one from the UK.
