@Lum At any point since your first post have you engaged with Sky about upgrading your service? If not then posting here again will be pointless, a new router isn't going to give you better speeds( i can't see any replies in this thread that suggested you should ask for a new one because it would help).

@Lum

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate if something better than ADSL is available.

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.

Hello @jamesn123, there is no need to be belligerent. A replacement router *was* what the doctor ordered. The doctor being @TimmyBGood

I don't see a post where you were told to order a new router?

Are you telling me to switch broadband suppliers? If so, understand that Sky likes to write contracts. Talk to me again in May.

No I am telling you to contact Sky and ask them if FTTC or FTTP is available to you, if you so you can upgrade while in contract.
