Disgusting customer service unable to get Openreach engineer booked after 4 x incorrect information
I would like a Manager from sky to contact me today. A month ago I paid Sky to book an openreach engineer to move a Broadband master switch. Following a recent house move I need a masterswitch moved from the middle of a room which is about 10cms deep (it's an eyesore) but also because I have a new kitchen being fitted monday 18th Aug and the masterswitch is where floor to ceiling cupboards will be built.
1st attempt openreach engineer requested for mid July. Sky provided the incorrect information, no comminications with me. I learned of issue after speaking with several incompetent call centre staff.
2nd attempt assured that the initial error was corrected and an Openreach eng will be on site Friday 01st Aug, 4th or 5th Aug. No confirmation, no email no communication. on the 6th Aug I called sky once more. Informed Sky had given the incorrect details once again. Assured the issue is resolved and an Engineer would be on-site today 11/8/25 between 8am and 1pm. Surprise surprise another nosho.
3rd attempt phoned sky at 1.30pm 11/8/25 to be informed..... yes you've got it wrong info, but this time sky blamed Openreach. But not to worry Sky have booked my appointment for 18th Aug 8am to 1pm, not communication or update yet again. Having spoken with + 3 incompetent call centre agents who when i asked to speak to a manager said i'd have to wait 7 days for a call back??? I insisted they take ownership and put me in touch with a manager immediately. They then decided to pass me around three different deparments. Each saying oh they can't help it's not their area.
I've checked my Orders on the app and low and behold no engineer booked for 18th August. I'm simply at a loss as to what to do next. I'm not on social media. I've raised an email complaint but god knows how long that will take. AND SIMPLY PUT I CANNOT FACE SPEAKING TO ANOTHER SKY AGENT

@JJM0412 No one from Sky will call you, the few Sky staff here have no idea who you are as your forum ID is not linked to your Sky account.
You will have to call Sky if you need to speak to them.

I believe managers in call centres are there to advise and supervise their staff and aren't necessarily public facing. Someone may confirm that or tell me different?
Having submitted a complaint Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve it so that won't help you with a new kitchen build.
