I am in receipt of Pension Credit and want to apply for a Broadband discount.

I need my name added to the bill to qualify for the discount.

My name is John Joseph Roche and reside at the same address as the main account holder.

You can't order it through a public forum.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@sean1953 If you are not the account holder then you won't be eligible for the social tariff.

@daveNOS is correct. It's only available to customers who already have Sky Broadband. You can't change the account holder details and you can't be added as an account holder.
